Scope of works
- Design and Construct the mechanical services for the project. Breaking up the floor into 50 Offices from open plan.
- Submission of design drawings and specification to Base building engineers for approval before commencement of the works.
- Installation and commissioning of the proposed and approved works.
- Submission of As Built Drawings and Operation Manuals following Practical Completion of the project.
- Submission of Certification as per the current Australian Standards and BCA.
